‘The Ghoul’ character was designed for a low/no budget short movie that I will be making with a group of old friends. This page is basically a set of variations of a concept idea created over an image of an actual actor head cast. The actor in this case being John Dawson, who isn’t really an actor, but will be playing the part of ‘The Ghoul’ as well as creating a character for the movie himself.

The positive aspect of this approach is that I can actually see how the actors face can become part of the characters look and also see restrictions an actors features might have on the design of a character before i even sit down with a piece of clay. |
